Giselle Halwani is the manager of one of the best restaurants in Boston. She wants to keep the name of the restaurant quiet so that people don’t come to her restaurant looking for her. She says she is busy enough as it is without admirers or headhunters coming her way. She also doesn’t want to take away from the food cooked by her husband, Isaac. As the owners of the restaurant age, Giselle has taken over more and more of the business and daily operations. She hopes to one day be the sole owner of the restaurant where she got her start in the Boston food scene. She has worked her way up from low positions in all of her restaurant jobs, and her abilities keep growing.
